Who processes your data

Zenntro is the controller for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question, contact us through the contact form.

Scope of this policy

This policy covers this website only. The operational data Zenntro indexes on your computer or your server — email, calendar, CRM, relationship map — never passes through our servers, so we are not the processor for it: you are.

What we collect on this website

  • Update-list signups: your email address, which section you signed up from, an irreversible hash of your IP address, and the date.
  • Contact messages: your name, your email address and the content of your message.
  • Aggregate analytics: page views and referrers, with no cookies and no identifier that could single you out.

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not build behavioural profiles, and we do not sell or share personal data with third parties for their own purposes.

On what legal basis

We process update-list and contact data on the basis of your consent, to reply to you and to tell you about new releases. Aggregate analytics are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding which pages are useful.

How long we keep it

Signups are kept until you ask to be removed, or for 24 months after the last contact, whichever comes first. Contact messages are kept for 24 months.

Where it is stored

In Supabase (PostgreSQL), in the European Union. The site is served from Cloudflare's network, which processes request metadata to deliver and protect it.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or the UK you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Contact us through the contact form and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where we hold your email address, tell you directly.
