Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Zenntro, and govern your use of the Zenntro website, desktop app and Dashboard. By creating an account you accept them.

The service

Zenntro indexes the sources you connect on your own machine or server and builds your organisation's operational memory. We provide the service "as is" and may change features as the product develops. During the private beta, availability is not guaranteed.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity of users you invite. You must be authorised by your organisation to connect the accounts you connect.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
  • Do not attempt to access other customers' data, or probe or test the security of the service without written permission.
  • Do not resell or redistribute the service, or use it to build a competing product.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, per organisation rather than per user, monthly or annually, and are exclusive of VAT. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not refund partial periods.

Your data

You keep all rights to the data you connect. Operational data stays in your infrastructure and Zenntro does not access it. We only process account metadata, as described in our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

We keep all rights to the Zenntro software, brand and documentation. Nothing here transfers ownership of them to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms and do not remedy it within 14 days of notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and the courts of Barcelona have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
